What Is The Cause And Treatment For Black Spots On Knee?

My son gets spots on his knee and back that looks like a good sized zit, but at the end of the cycle it has a black spot in the middle of it and it gets really red around it and it ends up the size of a small pea. The stuff that comes out of it at first is like when you cut open a cyst. Then it scabs up and turns purple and when you pull that off it s like a na sty bloody stringy core comes out of it.

Hi,

it may be impetigo contagiosa most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to give him a course of antibiotics orally for a week or two. And apply antibiotic cream on the lesions. Improve his immunity by giving immunoboosters.

Hope this helps.
