What Is The Cause And Treatment For Bump Behind Middle Part Of Ear?

I have a pretty good sized bump behind the back middle part of my ear on my skull bone I can fit my index finger width wise between my ear and it it s not squishy but it is a round bump if you have any idea of what it might be I woold like to know Sincerely , anonomous Female from Indiana

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enlarged post-auricular lymph node producing bump.
This shows that there might be having some bacterial infection in surrounding area like ear, throat, neck or scalp.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
