What Is The Cause And Treatment For Calf Pain?

.hi i have had a lot of pain in my calf for about a week...this morning it is a lot more painful...i havn't pulled it, no swelling or redness but very painful...when elavated is seems to go ut as soon as i am sitting its worse...have to work on my tiptoe to lessen the weight on my leg,,,im 43 female & maybe a stone over weight but quite fit
