Hello! my uncle has very bad dry hands. He lives in a little town in Italy, and no doctor can help him. They ve given him many different lotions and creams to put on his hands but nothing seems to work. He has very very dry hands. On his finger tips he even starts bleeding because the skin breaks and cracks open. Not only that, but he says its very painful. He drops his phone continuously because his hands hurt. I have some pictures as well if you d like. I just really want him to find a cure or a correct diagnosis.
