Hi,

Polycystic ovaries are due to failure in ovulation(which is essential for conception. So if you have to conceive, you need to get polycystic ovaries treated. Treatment depends on degree of ovarian enlargement and your ownership health too. To start with you should Stat to have vigorous exercises &weight loss, if you are over weight. Consult a gynecologist to judge the status and start with medications along with your own efforts.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
