What Is The Cause And Treatment For Itchy Spots On Skin?

Hello, I was just in a store and I started noticing that I was itching in certain spots badly and then my nose started getting stuffy within 5 or 10 minutes or so of having a completely clear nose. When I looked at the spots on my skin more, they started becoming bumps but now some of them have gone away but new ones came up and itched. Could this be an allergic reaction and should I be seeking medical help at all? I'm breathing fine and I haven't had any swelling besides the bumps.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
