What Is The Cause And Treatment For Lightheaded And Off Balance?

I keep getting pressure in my head and lightheaded or off balance -been checked out but thiis has been going on for years- I notice every time my neck is tight on right back side and then i feel thepressure and lightheaded/ off balance --what do you think?

check ur blood pressure, then we have to evaluate ur vestibular function.....to diagnose properly. hope for the best
