What Is The Cause And Treatment For Nose Bleeding?
Hello, when I was younger (about 4) I had fairly bad nose bleeds just a slight tap on the nose would make it bleed, I went to the hospital and they gave me this nose cream stuff and my nose bleeds stopped. About 2 years later, my nose started bleeding badly again, I went back to the hospital and they gave me nose cream again. But now I m a teenager and I ve started to find blood on my pillow where I ve been having nose bleeds in my sleep, is my nose bleeds starting again? what should I do?
Most common cause for epistaxis is dryness of nose or nasal pricking. Other possibilities like thrombocytopenia or hemophilia etc. So use normal saline nasal spray whenever you feel dry. Apply pressure at the time of bleeding for 10 seconds. Still no improvement means please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
