Hi,

You have itchy skin rash for long time..right? And there is family history of lupus erythematosus. Lupus lesions are not itchy, so I feel that the lesions you have , might not be lupus lesions. So, do not worry. Consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis of itchy rash and to rule out lupus erythematosus. Oral steroids in tappering doses and antihistaminics for long time might improve the condition. Avoid soap bath, you may use dettol for bath. Avoid worries and stress. You may feel good. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
