What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pain In Heels?

I am 60 yrs. weighing about 65 kgs. I have heel pain when I get up in the morning. as the day progress the pain fades. I have burning sensation in my heels and entire palm. Some time nerve stretch in the foot and pain. do i have any answer? Treatment? advise pl.
