Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the management of recurrent vaginitis, there are certain things to do- 1. check culture and sensitivity with a swab, 2. check for high blood sugar, a condition which predisposes to infections. 3. Test the sexual partner and treat if necessary. 4. Avoid using tampons and start using napkins. 5. Avoid douches and strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. Mild antiseptic solutions can be used instead. 6. Go for prolonged treatment with prophylactic course of six months at least. Hope this helps.
