What Is The Cause And Treatment For Severe Diarrhea?

diarrha for about 6 weeks, mostly get the urge to defecate when i urinate. other than that i feel okay. Stools basically look like brown water, This happened 2 years ago also, lasted about 3 monthes than things returned to normal. tried some pro-biotics but it seems to cause even more flatulance. Usually lots of gas when defecating. Thank you
