What Is The Cause And Treatment For Skin Tanning?

Hello i have my work environment inside office, so i used to work under A/C for full time. while working in A/C my skin get s Fair & clear, but if i come into sun exposure within less than 5 min. my face get full dark black. May i know what the problem for me, then i need a natural remedies for that, because i hate to take tabulates.... could you kindly please help me... Thanks & Regards, Riz...

Hi.
As per your case history of skin tanning, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical steroid, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
