I suffer from a blocked nose at night and sometimes during the day too even despite the runny nose and sneezing fits. I also often breathe through my mouth, often snoring heavily and find myself generally tired and lethargic. My work and daily chores are affected, I m snappish and irritable and really need some help and or suggestions. I m 26, about 165cm and weigh 62 kilos. I ve had acute nephritis as a child aged 6, but no other significant medical history.
