Hello my dear UTI can be caused by without any physical contact It can caused by various other means as well like Unhygienic conditions like unwashed undergarments and poor hygiene Decreased water intake through blood from remote infection
I would advise you to take plenty of fluids orally to flush off the urogenital tract If it's a recurrent problem get urine test and culture and sensitivity test you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
maintain good hygiene Change your undergarments very frequently wash your hands before and after using restroom
