Hello,

Tinnitus or ringing in the ear is commonly caused by ear infection like AOM, CSOM, etc. Ear wax, dirt and ear canal blockage also cause tinnitus. Hearing loss due to partial or complete injury (rupture) of eardrum may cause tinnitus. Tinnitus is also triggered by very cold weather, loud noise, TMJ, Meniere's disease, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get Imaging tests and audiometry test done to detect the level of hearing loss that you are suffering.

You will be accordingly treated with medicines, hearing aid or recommended surgery depending upon the severity of the symptoms. In the meantime stay away from loud noises, common cold, avoid intake of tobacco and alcohol use, depression, anxiety and stress. You are feeling tired, take home made food rich in minerals and protein. You can also take vitamin B supplements.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
