General & Family Physician 's  Response
This is mostly due to vaginal infection. Most of the time, vaginal infection is caused by mixed organisms such fungal, bacterial and protozoal.
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
2.     Metronidazole 400 mg every 8 hours per oral after meal for 5 days
3.     Fluconazole 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses
4.     Keep applying Quadriderm cream locally every 8 hours for 10 days
5.     Maintain proper hygiene
Thanks
