What Is The Cause Chronic Stabbing Headaches With Extreme Nausea And Tiredness ?

I have been having chronic stabbing headaches for about four weeks now. I also am feeling extremely nauseous and I feel like I may fall over and need to hold on to things to keep myself together. I have no energy and just need to sit. I m worried about what this may be because it s so painful.

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have mentioned here. It seems you are having chronic stabbing headaches associated with nausea and tiredness.
These symptoms indicate primary headaches like migraine.
Migraines usually present with these symptoms with nausea and tiredness, but it will respond to treatment, hence no need to worry. It requires treatment by the use of analgesic drugs and drugs like flunarizine to prevent recurrent episodes of migraines.
Do consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.

Do write back to me for further questions.
