Your mind is giving you problems. You must be anxious about the new relationship.
AIDS is not a disease that you will develop within short period as you mentioned. The black splotches in your mouth you mentioned about are something else. You have to consult a physician and get treatment.
I am a Homoeopath and so my advice is that you have to approach an expert Homoeopath who will take your mind also into consideration while treating you.
