What Is The Cause For Bloating Stomach With Gurgling And Popping Noises?
Hi, My stomach feels bloated and like it is pushing outwards. it feels hard but not to the touch. I have sharp pain around my belly button. I can hear gurgling and popping noises. I m going to the toilet as normal. Please help been like this for a few weeks

If you do not have pain, diarrhea or vomiting then it is unlikely to be an infection. You must consult a gastroenterologist and get complete clinical examination done.
