Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Bilateral chest pain, worsening by breathing is seen on lung infection and bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis.
If both are normal, than possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright. First rule out Pulmonary causes.
Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
