What Is The Cause For Disorientation?

I just recently got elbowed in the head and hit in the throat... Since this my vision has been brighter. cars, the sky.. Everything is bright and hurting my eyes and giving me a headache. I also was very disoriented for a while.. Now I just feel very strange..

May it be a vascular injury on the neck causing transient ischaemic neuro irritation.
better to consult a neuro physician
