What Is The Cause For Dry White Non-itchy Flat Circle On The Inner Thigh?

Hi I have a dry white non-itchy flat circle on my inner thigh surrounded by other small white scaly patches. I have had pitiorisis roses in the Past as well as thrush on my breasts from breast feeding that inwas treated for by my obgyn. I recently had a pap and there was no sign of infection or bacteria. The doctor just said I looked dry and would be dry from breast feeding. Any thoughts?
