What Is The Cause For Heavy Bleeding While On The Pill?
I have been having my cycle for 2 1/2 weeks and I started my new set of pills 2 weeks ago. WHat would cause this? I am on pills for 3 months before I have a period. It is usually a short and light cycle. This time is crazy long and very heavy bleeding!

Such irregularities in frequency, duration of the cycle can occur during the initial months of starting pills. These symptoms will eventually subside. If your bleeding does not subside in the next few days, follow up with your ObGyn.
