Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of imbalance fluid in the ear and light headed which occurs due to eustachian tube dysfunction which occurs when it become clogged due to mucus produce because sinusitis , post nasal drip and chronic upper respiratory infection. Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking ear with sharp object. Apply warm compresses on ear.You should keep your ear dry until it gets alright , which is very important and cover your ear while bathing. Put Otogesic ear drops. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to discuss the case. Doctor may do complete otoscopic examination and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course , expectorant and anti histamine drug depending upon the diagnosis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
