What Is The Cause For Lack Of Energy,clammy Skin And Stomach Cramps With The Urge To Go To The Bathroom?

Hi, I am travelling round south east Asia and am currently in Cambodia. For the past five days I have had a complete lack of energy, clammy skin but no temperature and on off stomach cramps with the urge to go to the bathroom but never actually going. What are the possible causes of this?

you could be having urinary tract infection,please take plenty of fluid with few day{5-7} course of antibiotics and urine alkaliniser with water under medical supervision. you will get over it. take care.
