Hello,

Spotting before menstrual period are due to hormonal disturbances and sometimes, fever and stress causes spotting, and for this you have to start oral contraceptive like Yaz from day 1 to day 28, and from 29 that day start new packet, at fixed time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
