What Is The Cause For Lower Abdominal Pain?

i have alot of pain in my lower abdomen. i am post menapause, but started bleeding. the dr tried to biopsy my cervix but was not able to get to it, pap came back good. also i feel like i have to urinate all the time. i also get dizzy when i urinate, i'm scared.

Hi.
All the symptoms make me think of a few things you should take decision about faster.
You need a CT scan of the pelvis and abdomen to rule out malignancy/ UTI or any other problem which may be diagnosed and t get the treatment according to the diagnosis made.
Dizziness can be due to weakness. also this happens as a disorder called syncope, please discuss this with your Doctor.
