What Is The Cause For Missing My Period With Negative Result On The Pregnancy Test?

I have had a dizzy feeling for the last week,nearly 2 months with out a period,,headache on left side every so often,have done 2 home test on 2 feb both negative,fought myself alot more stressful.,when laying down feel the room spining most nights
i am 28year old woman
that tends to worry and think the worse,,i would be very greatful for help

thanks for your question

first you have to go for laboratory for pregnancy test if home test is negative

if pregnancy test will negative than go and consult your gynec

it will also suggest PCOD

if all are absent than take ethinorm e and ethinorm p for 3 days after meal

your menses will be come after 3 to 5 days after taking tablet
