What Is The Cause For My Head To Spin And Lose Balance When On Tonact For BP?

My head feels funny ....as if spinning .....I have a feeling of loosing my balance....but I have not fallen....the feeling is funny. There is no pain or other symptoms. BP is 140/100. I am not diabetic,,,,,,aged 58 years, taking medication for BP tonact 10 and Amlong MT 5/50 for last 8 years.

numerous reasons are there for vertigo and imbalance. you need NCCT and also an MRI to rule out any major CNS problem. you should visit a neurologist and ENT specilist for proper examination to find out the cause,
