What Is The Cause For Nose Bleed In The Night?
Last night I had a horrible dream that my boy friend was shot. I was hysterical in the dream, and woke up with a nose bleed. This concerns me since I am not prone to nose Bleeds and I haven t had one since I was 11. I am now 19... I am taking Wellbutrin XL nightly. Can you help me to figure out why this happened?

Wellbutrin XL contain bupropion.
this does not have a side effect of nose bleed.
nose bleed usually have local reasons line dried mucosa, tears in nasal mucosa or a bleeder in nose.
xylometazoline nasal drops twice daily for 5 days is enough to treat if it reccurs.
if there is no recurrence u can just ignore it.
