What Is The Cause For Numbness In My Stomach And Hands After I Smoke Or Drink Caffeine?

Ive been having this problem that usually occurs after I smoke or drink caffeine. It will start with a pressure/numbness in my stomach that eventually goes into my hands and face. If I get up and walk around it goes away, but If i stay sitting it will get so bad that my hands especially my thumbs will lock up, and the muscles under my eyes will start to spasm. I also feel like i dont get enough air when this happens even though it feel like i am breathing normally.

pressure/numbness in ur stomach is due to gastritis caused by smoking and caffeine. It would improve if u stop smoking and drinking caffeine. U can also take antacid for immediate relief and tab rabeprazole 20mg empty stomach to reduce the acidity. Feeling numbness in hands and face may be due to anxiety produce by gastritis. It would go after taking all these measure. in case if u dont improve, then take tab clozepam 0.5mg.
