What Is The Cause For Pain And Headache Above Eyebrow ?

I have a headache pain above my left eyebrow which has been happening for over two weeks now. It is sensitive to light & sound. Sometimes the pain will wake me up during the night & then I m unable to get back to sleep . when I told my dr about it, he asked if it was happening at that time, which of course, it wasn t. He didn t say anything more, but sent me for bloodwork.

In my view you might be a patient of migraine or cluster headache until unless proved otherwise.
For exclusion of any other underlying condition you have to be evaluated in details lab test.

this type of headache is usually migraine or tension headache.
just go through bloodwork done and cosult your doctor
