What Is The Cause For Pain In Stomach, Under Shoulder Blade, Left Eye, Middle Of Chest, Breathing Trouble?

Hello. Over the past few days I've not been feeling right. I have intermittent throbbing/aching in my stomach (that happens for about 3-5 seconds with maybe 3 minutes between occurences), pain under each shoulder blade, the left side of my face feels strange, especially behind my left eye, my left arm occasionally goes cold with odd sensations from my left hand up to my shoulder, and breathing, while not labored, feels as though I'm not quite getting enough air from my breaths. This all started maybe five or six days ago and the symptoms are slowly (very slowly) getting better but not going away. Sometimes I will have pains in the middle of my chest that make me very scared while they are happening. None of this has ever happened before. I could use any advice you could give me.

This seems nonspecific type of complain, your age and gender are missing here I would be in right position to advise you with this information, you says that this symptoms reducing gradually, this means it will come around, but still I would like to say that the cardiac evaluation study has to be performed as a safety purpose, have nice day.
