What Is The Cause For Pain In The Rib Cage When Blowing The Nose?
Why does it feel like someone is pressing my rib cage in when I blow my nose? It feels like someone is squeezing my left lower lung.
I've had a slight temp. But it's gone. Blowing green and coughing up green. Yesterday an occasional streak of brown in what I was coughing up, but not blowing out.

Here are few possibility.
1.First you have slight fever with cough expectoration.so here pneumonia like infection has to be ruled out.chest x ray useful for it to see for consolidation.
Sputum culture also done because green sputum might be because of pseudomonas.
Or brown may be because of klebsiella.according to culture report treatment should modified.
2.Second you might have simple viral infection and pain may be simple muscular as might be because excess coughing or heavy weight lift or bed sleep posture.
