Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to thyroid gland dysfunction. Orthostatic hypotension cannot be excluded either.

Coming to this point, I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your complaints:
- A chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests to investigate for a lung disorder
- Thyroid hormone levels
- Fasting glucose
- A Head up Tilt test for orthostatic intolerance

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
