What Is The Cause For Pink Spotting That Lasts For 3 Days With Slight Cramping?

Is there any cause for pink spotting that lasts for 3 days with slight cramping? I am 29 do not have regular periods my cycle so far has been 60 days. Negative pregnancy test today (3rd day of spotting) spotting stopped this morning. I have cysts on my ovaries but no hormone imbalance. I m also exhausted from what I think is broken sleep.
