What Is The Cause For Purple Lump In Groin Area?
Im a 20 year old male, I have this purple lump on my groin area, it's about the size of a pea. I poked it with a sterilized needle and lots of blood came out, and it's EXTREMELY painful. 10/10 pain, I never thought something that small could hurt so much.. what could it be?

Hi...it must have been a vascular swelling...maybe a dilated vein... take a course of antibiotics and analgesic and dress the wound...if it is still bleeding, show to a surgeon asap...
