What Is The Cause For Small Dot In The Tongue?

sir iam35yrs male old, problem in my tong first occurs a small dot in the skin and became large round shape i consulted general medicine dr and he advised rebagen tab and becasules vit tab and it changes and after a week it occurs what is my disease kindly advise me no blood sugar,pressureand cholost.

hello thanks for the consult at hcm..u might be having migratory glossitis,, u may have superimposed candia infection , do salt water gargle,,u may need topical antifungal ,,topical antianesthetics ointment,,kindly consult an oral physician for acheck up and treatment,,hope it helps,,tc
