What Is The Cause For Sneezing And Wheezing Accompanied By A Fever?

i cleaned the oven over the weekend using a walmart brand of oven cleaner. the fumes were so strong that i coughed my head off. starting sunday night i started running a mile fever of 100. now i have the runny nose, sneezing and wheezing, could i have gave myself broncitis. would i get a prescibtion

Hello
You got allergy from cleaner for oven . This causes bronchocnostriction and this develops running nose, sneezing, wheezing , itching in the eyes . All these symptoms are due to allergy to allergen and fever or high temperature is also due to this allergy.
In my opinion there is n o chance of any bronchitis ( infection of bronchi) .
When such patient visit in my clinic I usually prescribe deflazacort 30 mg only one tablet stat.
Monteleukast+ fexofenadine tablet thrice or two times in day according to severity of allergy .
Nothing to worry ,once allergy under control , you will feel fine.
Hot coffee will also provide relief.
If these medicine available on chemist shop , you can take.
