What Is The Cause For Stomach Pain With Bleeding?

Hi. about two or three weeks ago i went to the hospital and they diagnose me with gonorrhea and chlamydia. at the time i had bad stomach pain with bleeding. i finish my medication but now i have the same thing happening all over again what does this means is it reoccurring?

Thanks for your query.
Change in bowel habits, blood in stools, and pain abdomen needs a clinical examination and possibly an ultrasound scan to rule out causes. In your case, if these have been acutely manifested - then infections are responsible which would need a course of antibiotics.
If they have been long standing on and off then, blood tests, stool tests and other necessary tests for a part of medical consultation.
