What Is The Cause For The Dots On The Back That Are Itching?

I have a query. I am a M.Pharm (Pharmacologist) and my wife having dots on her back. It is without redness and looks similar to acne. She also have itching in it. I treated her with azithromycin with clindamycin. But it does not work. Anyone can suggest me.

I really appreciate your concern in my opinion this is better to be observed for changes like size, color , clinical sign, till then this can be treated with the steroid containing cream and the best option is "Beclomethasone cream" this gives good results if this fails to respond then the skin lesion need to be examine clinically, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
