Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
After knee replacement, patient some time complain of knee pain . this can be due to surgical scar and can be due to weakness of muscle. I would advice you to do a repeat blood investigation like WBC and CRP, if both are normal, you continue with your physiotherapy. If any thing comes abnormal you have to see your operating surgeon.
