What Is The Cause For The White Spots That Appears On The Wall Of The Mouth Behind Tongue Which Is Pharyngeal Wall?

Hi I believe I have the flu, I also have around 4 mouth ulcers but I use a torch and cotton bud to administer bonjela as I cannot reach them with my own fingers. Whilst applying the bonjela to one of the deepest ulcers (using the torch so I could see) I noticed I had a cluster of white spots on the wall of my mouth behind my tongue, it may not be my mouth area but my pharyngeal wall? Can you tell me if this could be thrush?

Hi
It could be a tonsillitis and aphthous ulcers. If it is the case antibiotics and vitamins might help you.Better to have an examination with a physician. Warm saline gargle or aspirin gargle may give you temporary relief.
Hope this may help you
thanks
