What Is The Cause For Vomiting After Eating With IBS?

I have been diagonsed as having IBS, the last couple of nights, the top of my stomach(right at the top just below my breasts, I have had major pains. Last night after eating, I got sick on my stomach, threw up and was sweating pretty bad. What is going on?
