Hi, I have a lump next to my nipple that emerged yesterday after working out. I have been suffering for the past week with a wisdom tooth infection so have been on antibiotics which is helping a lot. My problem is I m not sure why this lump has suddenly turned up. I m 20, I m in good shape, I don;t see how it can be Gyno. Anyway to try help it go down and disappear I put a hot water bottle on it for about 50 minutes which I think may have helped a bit, although the skin in the area is really blotchy due to the heat (do you think this will go soon as the skin is really red?) the lump is still there, do you have an idea what it could be? Thanks a lot
Most likely you have a cyst, inflammation or are pregnant. Cancer is less probable. However it should be checked as everything is possible. The only reasonable advice for you is to have breasts ultrasound done. Without this test, no one is able to tell what exactly is going on with your breast. Please consult your doctor and have breast ultrasound done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
