What Is The Cause Of A Heartburn And A Sore Throat?

About 3 weeks ago I had this incident where I felt very full and bloated it was painful to bend over my bowel movements were not regular. I was getting this moderate/mild pain in my abdomen just under my right ribcage. I was also having quite a bit of heartburn accompanied by a sore throat. A day later I noticed I had a coating on my tongue with a bad taste in my mouth almost a peppery taste I would say. The bloating and fullness went away, I have not felt the pain in my abdomen and bowels went back to normal. I've still been getting heartburn here and there. The sore throat still remains which I would describe as very mild. When I scrape the coating off it's like a thick paste kind of substance.

hello

It is likely that you may be having acid peptic disease and this will lead to a sare throat and coating of your tongue!
Please meet your doctor , he will examine you and prescribe the necessary drugs.
In the meantime i would like you to stop tea , coffee, alcohol , smoking and spicy food. Take care
