What Is The Cause Of Abdominal Pain After Urination?

hello there doctor, well my question is why did I get lower abdominal pain, a little above the pubic hair area after I urinated a few minutes later after I masturbated/ejaculated, it had also seemed like my right testicle has gotten swollen but I'm not really sure cause my ballsack skin was dangling and I went to sleep and woke up 4 hours later and it seems even to me but I am not sure , please help me

HI. These are classical symptoms of prostatitis ans need to be confirmed by a Surgeon / Urologist by manual palpation and massage to get a material for gram staining and culture. Additionally ultrasonography / MRI of the urogenital system including the scrotum to confirm the diagnosis.
The treatment will depend upon the findings. If abscess is there it needs to be ruptured or drained. Other wise a course of minimum of 3 weeks and supportive treatment id needed with a regular review by the Doctor.
This is always a matter of importance as this is directly related to the life.
