What Is The Cause Of Back Ache After Using Cream For Rashes?

I went to my primary Dr she gave me this cream for this rash I have on my back. She said because of the change I'm going through I have these sweats & have had them for awhile but now I'm this achy all over my back but the cream dries some of it but seems to make more come out

Hi,

Welcome on HCM,

It seems that the rash on back may be acne lesions..trunkal acne. Still, you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. I prescribe minocycline 50 mg once a day with isotretinoin 5 mg daily till good result. And clindamycine gel is suggested to enhance the result. Stress and anxiety should be avoided.
