What Is The Cause Of Bleeding In My Nose?

I've been congested for a few days now and just the past day or two I have been blowing my nose and it has been bloody mucus. Just today my nose started bleeding out of no where. I am wondering if I should see a doctor about this or if it could be related to my congestion/cold. Thank you.

Thanks for your query,
the common causes for the bleeding from nose includes any trauma to the nose, respiratory tract infection, sudden change in temperature, some times hypertension can also cause bleeding form nose...if bleeding persists then consult a ENT surgeon...
